Our work

Case Studies

The brief, what we built for it, and what it did on the night.

Three panellists in conversation on the Thrive main stage at Grand Hyatt Manila, the full 'Making everyday living BRIGHTER' branding and the Kmart, Target and anko logos on screen behind them, the thrive26 stage signage in the foreground

Anko Sourcing

A Sourcing Summit That Left The Ballroom

Anko Managers Meet 2026Corporate & MICE

Challenge

Anko Sourcing's annual leadership meet was bringing in sourcing managers from across Asia and Australia for strategic planning and alignment, not a standard run of keynotes. The brief paired a conference programme of panels and education with a multi-day itinerary that also had to move the same leadership group out to stores across Manila.

Solution

We produced the main-stage programme end to end - branded set and screens, keynote and panel sessions, a networking reception - and ran the logistics behind it, so the itinerary carried straight through from the opening session to the store visits without the delegates managing any of it themselves.

Impact

The programme held its shape from the first panel to the last store visit, and closed with the full delegation together on stage for one photograph.

The empty ASCEND 2025 main stage at The Taj Lands End, Mumbai, three screens carrying the Garuda Aerospace ASCEND 2025 branding and the tagline 'A Movement Towards The Future' above rows of blue-draped banquet tables

Garuda Aerospace

An Unveiling That Opened With A Traditional Lamp

ASCEND 2025Corporate & MICE

Challenge

Garuda Aerospace's ASCEND was built to unveil its DaaS leadership and its drone fleet to stakeholders who needed to see more than a product demo. The room included uniformed Navy officers alongside industry delegates, which meant the staging had to carry the weight of a formal unveiling, not a trade-show booth.

Solution

We produced the stage end to end - a three-screen branded set, technical direction and the show itself, opened with a traditional lamp-lighting before moving into keynote and panel sessions - and ran registration and floor management for a full house of delegates and dignitaries.

Impact

ASCEND opened to a full room, carried its ceremony and its content without a seam between them, and closed having put Garuda Aerospace's leadership in front of the stakeholders - military and civilian - it was there to reach.

Four hosts seated behind the Achievers Night registration desk, the AgentBox by Cleartrip and 'Powered by Saudi, Welcome to Arabia' branding on the backdrop behind them, red-roped queue stanchions in front

Cleartrip

A Recognition Gala Staged Against The Shape Of Saudi Arabia

AchieversCorporate & MICE

Challenge

Cleartrip's 'Achievers Night' had to work as both a recognition ceremony for its top-tier management and global delegates and a showcase for Saudi Tourism Authority's 'Welcome to Arabia' campaign, carried across every branded surface in the room - without the evening reading as an awards show with someone else's advertisement behind it.

Solution

We built and staged the gala end to end - the outdoor registration entrance, the branded backdrops and destination-shaped photo wall carrying 'Welcome to Arabia', and the main stage itself, with a live Saudi tourism reel worked into the same lighting and AV rig running the award segments.

Impact

The campaign ran from the registration desk to the main stage as part of the same show, so the recognition ceremony and the destination showcase read as one evening rather than a ceremony with an advertisement running behind it.

The India Drives stage at night, a performer striking a garlanded ceremonial gong flanked by two Kathakali dancers in full costume, 'Formula E', 'hmda' and '100 Days To Net Zero, Accelerated By Greenko' lit on the flanking screens

Formula-E

A Net-Zero Countdown Opened On A Ceremonial Gong

India DrivesLive & Entertainment

Challenge

India Drives was built to open Formula-E's countdown toward net zero, staged jointly with HMDA, the Government of Telangana and Greenko - which meant the launch had to read as a genuine event in its own right, not a countdown clock and a row of sponsor logos on an otherwise empty stage.

Solution

We built the outdoor stage and lighting rig end to end and opened the countdown with a live folk performance - dhol, regional drummers and a full Kathakali pair among them - staged around a garlanded ceremonial gong, so the launch had a real ceremony to anchor it before the branding and the countdown took over the screens.

Impact

The countdown opened on a stage that was already a show in its own right - a folk ensemble and a ceremonial gong-strike ahead of the branding - rather than a screen switching on in front of an empty lawn.

The Contemporary theme - a couple walking into a wedding through an illuminated arch of white blossom and crystal strands, alongside an ivory mirrored stage, spun-thread globes with magenta blooms among red candles, and a caged orchid centrepiece

Weddings & Social

Pick The Aesthetic. The Invitation, The Mandap And The Arrival Follow.

Wedding Design LibraryWeddings & Social

Challenge

A wedding brief almost never arrives as a single aesthetic. One function wants folk-traditional, the next something pared back and contemporary - and the invitation, the monogram, the hamper, the decor and the arrival are each usually bought from a different supplier who never sees anyone else's work.

Solution

We keep the whole of it in-house and design it as one language. The theme is chosen from a library we have already built rather than described in the abstract - Rajasthani, South Indian, Punjabi, Bollywood, Peacock, Marigold, Vintage Garden, Nautica, Royalista or contemporary - and everything else is made to it: the invitations and monogram, the hampers, the mandap, the floral and lighting design, and the vehicle the couple arrives on.

Impact

A family choosing between aesthetics is choosing between things we have already built, not renderings - and whichever they pick, the invitation, the hamper and the entrance all carry the same design.

A guest and a News18 anchor in conversation on the Agenda Paschim set, the show's branding and an illustrated monument backdrop lit in red and gold behind them

News18

A Televised Debate Built For Zero Retakes

Agenda PaschimCorporate & MICE

Challenge

News18's 'Agenda Paschim' is a live televised debate, recorded in front of a full audience at Jaypee Greens Resort and broadcast the moment it happens - there is no retake once the cameras roll, and no margin for a technical fault, a mistimed cue or a security lapse to show up on air.

Solution

We built and ran the debate board itself - the podium set, the technical setup behind a live broadcast, and security coordination for a televised audience of that size - and treated the recording the way a live broadcast has to be treated: everything rehearsed and positioned before transmission, nothing left to be caught live.

Impact

The debate went to air clean, on schedule and without incident, in an environment where a single visible fault would have been broadcast along with everything else.

The empty India Pod Day main stage, six chairs and side tables in a row beneath a full lighting truss, the 'amazon music presents India Pod Day' branding lit on the screen behind them

IVM Podcasts

A Flagship Podcast Day Staged Like A Festival

India Pod DayLive & Entertainment

Challenge

IVM Podcasts' 'India Pod Day' was pitched as Amazon Music's flagship gathering of India's top audio creators and industry leaders, with sessions built around a marquee appearance from Javed Akhtar and filmed as a televised event in its own right. It had to read as a cultural event across the whole venue, and hold together on camera across back-to-back sessions.

Solution

We designed and built the stage, the entrance arch and the branded backdrops across the venue, and ran the technical side of a day built on multiple back-to-back speaker sessions - seamless A/V transitions between them so the programme, and the footage, moved from one conversation to the next without a visible reset.

Impact

India Pod Day carried its flagship billing from the branded arrival experience through to its marquee session with Javed Akhtar, filmed and delivered as the clean televised event it was billed to be.

The full Maxellerate workforce arranged into a giant winged formation on an open field, the shape echoing the Montra Electric logo's wing mark, photographed directly overhead

Montra Electric

A Conference That Closed With The Workforce Shaped Into Its Own Logo

MaxellerateCorporate & MICE

Challenge

Montra Electric's 'I'm Samvad '26' was built around a theme of urgency - 'Maxellerate, it's now or never' - carried through a full day of speaker sessions and a leadership panel for its own delegation. A line that bold needed a closing moment to match it, not another slide repeating it back to the room.

Solution

We staged the full day end to end - the branded set, the podium sessions and the panel - and closed the conference by moving the delegation outdoors and arranging them, from directly overhead, into the shape of the company's own wing mark.

Impact

Maxellerate closed on an image that actually earned its theme - the whole delegation shaped, from the air, into the company's own mark, rather than a tagline left on a screen after the room had already emptied.

A MongoDB Developer Day presenter walks through a 'Skill Badge Time: Vector Search Fundamentals' exercise, a twenty-minute countdown timer and a QR code to claim the badge on the screen behind her

MongoDB

A Developer Day Measured Out In Timed Skill Badges

MongoDB Developer DayCorporate & MICE

Challenge

MongoDB's 'Developer Day' was built around hands-on workshops - modern data modeling, Vector Search for AI, scalable application architecture - taught through timed, practical exercises rather than lectures, each closed out with its own shareable skill badge. Every attendee needed a live coding environment that worked inside the clock running on screen, and the programme ran simultaneously across several cities rather than in sequence.

Solution

We built the technical infrastructure behind the hands-on sessions - the high-bandwidth networking each timed exercise needed to run inside its own clock - alongside registration and production for a full room of laptops, delivered to the same standard in every city on the schedule, this stop at the Hyatt in Pune.

Impact

Developer Day ran as a genuinely hands-on programme at every stop, this one included - the exercises, the timers and the registration line holding up under a packed room of laptops rather than becoming the bottleneck.

The Campa Sure hydration booth lit up at night, three guests served at the counter, a Christmas garland strung along the roofline and a yellow inflatable slide behind it

Campa

Campa Cola And Campa Sure, Built To Look Like One Booth Network

Campa Christmas Fair ActivationBrand Activation

Challenge

Campa needed a network of hydration booths spread out across a sprawling Christmas Fair site, split across its own Campa Cola and Campa Sure formats rather than one repeated design, each booth built and branded consistently regardless of where on the fairground it sat, backed by a water supply that could keep every booth stocked without a single one running dry across the length of the fair.

Solution

We designed and built both booth formats end to end - construction, branding and placement across the fairground for the Campa Cola and Campa Sure stalls alike - and ran the water supply chain behind them, replenishing every booth in real time rather than waiting for one to run empty before restocking it.

Impact

Campa's booths - Cola and Sure alike - stayed visible, consistently branded and fully stocked across the whole fairground for the length of the Christmas Fair, with the water supply chain running in real time behind every one of them.

A presenter at the AI Security Roadshow Bengaluru stage walks through four ways to secure AI - protecting AI-powered apps, building securely with AI, governing agentic AI access, and protecting workforce use of GenAI tools like ChatGPT and Claude - each labelled on the screen behind him

Cloudflare

An AI Security Briefing That Ended With Customers On Its Own Panel

Cloudflare AI Security RoadshowCorporate & MICE

Challenge

Cloudflare needed the same AI-security briefing to land with technical credibility city after city - covering the CISO's risk management, the CIO's adoption push and the CTO's build-and-integrate work around AI and agentic workloads - without the message reading as a one-way pitch delivered by Cloudflare alone.

Solution

We produced the briefing end to end at this stop in Bengaluru - the branded stage and content session on AI-agent risk and workforce GenAI use, a guest registration and gifting experience built around booking a follow-up, and a closing panel that put Cloudflare's speakers alongside security and engineering leadership from its customers, Credit Saison India and FourKites.

Impact

The briefing closed with customers, not just Cloudflare, making the security case from the same stage - Credit Saison India and FourKites' own leadership on the panel - carrying the message further than a vendor pitch could alone.

The Caslay exhibition booth crowded with visitors, staff in purple polo shirts assisting them at the counter, the 'India's Most Sustainable Brand!, powered by ECOJAY' badge and the tree-silhouette wall lit up behind them

Caslay

A Sustainability Claim Built Into The Architecture, Not Just The Signage

CaslayCorporate & MICE

Challenge

Caslay needed its trade booth to argue 'India's Most Sustainable Brand' on sight, inside a crowded exhibition hall full of competing apparel and accessory stands, backed by a named sustainability partner, ECOJAY, credited on the booth itself rather than the claim standing alone.

Solution

We designed and built the booth's nature-inspired architecture end to end - tree-silhouette structural elements, a green palette carried through the apparel and accessory displays, and backlit branding for the sustainability claim and the ECOJAY credit alike - installed as precision modular fit-out sized for a high-traffic hall.

Impact

Caslay's stand carried its sustainability positioning through the architecture itself, not just the signage, and stayed visible, legible and busy against a hall full of competing stands.

A Royal Enfield display in a shopping mall atrium, three motorcycles lined up on a grey deck behind a navy plinth carrying the brand's logo, a host in a black suit standing at the plinth, 'A Ton Of Fun' and Scram banners and a helmeted mannequin in riding gear behind

Royal Enfield

The Same Stand, On A Marble Floor And On Bare Earth

Royal Enfield RoadshowBrand Activation

Challenge

A motorcycle gets bought after somebody has swung a leg over it, and the riders worth reaching rarely walk into a dealership to do that. So the display goes to them - a mall atrium at the weekend, an office park forecourt, a district fair on a dust field - and those places share almost nothing.

Solution

So the stand was built to travel rather than to be rebuilt each time: a levelling deck that sits flat on stone, tarmac or dirt, a plinth carrying the mark, and backdrop panels that swap for whatever the campaign is that month. It goes up in a morning and comes down the same night. Indoors it steps up into a purpose-built set - a tyre tall enough to walk through, lit from within, with the new machine framed inside it.

Impact

The same deck and plinth turn up in these photographs on mall marble, on a corporate forecourt, in a public park and on a fairground, across seasons and model launches - a brand whose whole story is riding to where the road runs out, given a display that could follow it there.

The Cloudflare Immerse hall in Bengaluru at capacity, every round table taken, a speaker on stage introducing the Cloudflare speaker line-up on the wide LED behind him under a full lighting rig

Cloudflare

Branded From The Security Scanner To The Photo Wall

Cloudflare ImmerseCorporate & MICE

Challenge

Cloudflare Immerse had to bring developers and decision-makers together in Bengaluru for a day of AI-security content, and a day like that is judged before anyone reaches the stage. A hotel ballroom is a hotel ballroom until somebody makes it yours, and the impression is set at the door and in the queue.

Solution

We sourced and finalised the venue, then branded the route through it: a welcome standee at the entrance screening, digital wayfinding naming the hall, a lit registration counter with the queue on barriers. Inside we built the stage and its wide LED, ran the lighting and AV behind the conference and the fireside chat, and put swag on the tables and a photo-op wall on the way out.

Impact

A delegate met the brand at the hotel door and did not leave it until the photo wall - wayfinding, registration, stage, fireside chat and swag all reading as the same event rather than a room hired for the day.

Good to know

Questions We Get Asked

What kinds of events do you take on?

Five disciplines: corporate and MICE, brand activation, live and entertainment, content and digital, and weddings and social — sixteen services in all, listed in full under Services. Most events draw on more than one of them. A conference that also needs a stage built, a launch that also needs a film.

Do you handle production, or only the planning?

Both. Set design and construction, stage and show management, lighting, registration desks and on-ground hosting are all part of what we have delivered. The Case Studies section says which of those applied to each event.

Where are you based?

Delhi. Where an event runs is a logistics question rather than a yes-or-no one, so tell us the city and the dates and you will get a straight answer about whether we are the right team for it.

How far ahead should we start?

Sooner is better, and there is no cut-off past which a brief stops being worth looking at. What shrinks as the date gets closer is the number of options still open — venues, artists, fabrication lead times — rather than whether the event can be done at all.

Is there a minimum event size?

None that we publish. Scale changes what a production needs, not whether it deserves to be run properly, so the useful conversation is about the brief rather than a threshold.

What does an event cost?

There is no rate card, and a figure quoted before the brief is understood would be a guess dressed up as a number. Send us what you have, even roughly, and you will get a considered answer instead of a template.

Anything else, ask directly. Send an enquiry
